STP Update event cost centre error

Hi,

 

I am trying to reconcile payroll for end of year STP and one employee has issues.  I have tried processing an update event to see if that resolves the problem but I am getting the below error.

 

Any ideas?

 

Would also appreciate any pointer in terms of how to identify the issue with this employee's pay runs. I'm not too sure where to start!

    Hi ​ CMichael1 and  BRick276,

     

    I totally get how having cost centres can make recording transactions a bit of a hassle. Cost centres are mainly there to help tag your transactions if you want, but you don’t have to use them. If it’s not helping, you can easily turn it off; simply head to the System tab in Preferences.

     

    Of course, if you find it useful, you can keep it in your workflow too. If you want to know more about how cost centres work and when they come in handy, here is the link with all the information you need.
