Hi all,
My client's YTD figures in STP do not match MYOB.
Payroll activity & summary reports match. I have done a $0 pay run and also done a send update event but the figures in STP haven't changed.
We don't have any ETP payments processed for this year that could be affecting it. PAYG figures are correct though.
I'm at a loss as to how to have the gross wages YTD figure in STP match the MYOB figures???

If the YTD figures don't match your STP, kindly check each payroll category used to make sure they were assigned to the correct ATO Reporting Category. Please refer to The Help Article: Assign ATO reporting categories for Single Touch Payroll reporting. If changes have been made, please process a $0 pay run or send update event to make sure the figures are updated as well. When sending an update event, make sure that the payroll year is correct.
