STP YTD Finalisation Incorrect

Thankyou for your reply Sai,

Unfortunately this hasn't changed anything. I have 3 entire pay runs which have not added into each employees YTD amounts. The YTD amounts haven't changed from when I realised that 3 STP files hadn't uploaded. I have manually uploaded them from myob online, however the amounts still haven't changed. 

I hope that makes sense.
