I have the same issue with a pay I reversed affecting the accruals balance for Super. Was there a response to this?

Unfortunately I didnt receive a response.
I ended out just recording the super payment through spend money, instead of the pay liabilities function.

Along with the workaround mentioned above, another option is you could reconcile the transactions by marking both the original pay and the reversal as reconciled. The reconciled transactions will equal the total of the original Pay Super transaction and balance each other out.
