Hi rose6,
That's a bit of a pain when you're just trying to get your super sorted and that error pops up. With that "application owner" message, it's actually not something you can view from inside AccountRight. The "application owner" is usually the person/business that originally set up or registered the Pay Super service for that file (often the file owner or primary contact), and the email used would be tied to that setup behind the scenes. Since you're seeing the same error in both desktop and browser, it's likely something on the Pay Super registration side that needs a closer look.
Best bet here is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can check the file and tell you exactly who's listed. They've got the tools to see that backend info and fix the error with you.
Regards,
Sai
