Super payments not showing as completed

Have tried calling MYOB but no pickup yet after 35 mins. Our payroll lady has processed super payments and the one from January shows as funds requested and the two for April and July still show as ...

    Hi VickiB1,

     

    Thank you for reaching out. 

     

    Could you please the payroll officer to open the 'Manage payments' window and click the green refresh button in the top-right? Does the status update for those payments? 

     

    If not, could you please send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business file name
    • Payment date and total of each batch payment
    • Current status of each payment
