Thank you for the post. I understand your experiencing issues with the superannuation calculation. We have few steps to correct this issue.
We should review your superannuation settings. Go to Payroll> Payroll Categories> Superannuation. Confirm that the superannuation category and percentage rate are set correctly. For the 2023-2024 financial year, June 30, 2024, or earlier, the super rate is 11%.
Make sure that superannuation is being calculated correctly on your Ordinary Time Earnings. Check that the correct payroll categories are linked to the superannuation category.
