Super

Hello I am trying to pay the compnay super and keep getting a message "Whoops, something went wrong"

It looks like this service is unavailable right now.  Please try again later.

This was the same message I received last week and I am still unable to process the payment.

    Thanks for your posts. 

     

    Resolving this with another client, it seems it is in fact due to fund changes. The client I was assisting has processed the contributions in smaller batches (fund-by-fund) to identify the employee/s or fund causing the error. I would also recommend doing this, then asking the affected employee to contact their fund regarding any changes. 

     

    Do let me know how you get on, and perhaps update this thread on which fund was affected in your case, to assist other users in the same situation. 

     

    SUPERWRAP - PERSONAL SUPER PLAN was the identifed fund causing the error in the other case I was looking into.

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    If possible, would you be able to advise which superfunds you're trying to make payments to? This way I can see check to see if there have been any fund changes/mergers that may be causing this error.

      Suncorp BrighterSuper

      Energy Super

      Australian Retirement Trust

      Australian Super

      ANZ Smart Choice

       

      I have updated the Sunsuper fund and made a payment last month that was accepted.

        Hi Susan

         

        I have just mine and the super fund we both have in common is the Energy Super.  All my other funds went through except this one.  I am contacting my employee now and will let you know what I find out  :-)

      I have the problem.  I have a number of different funds and the fund changes have been processed at my end.

    Hi, I tried to pay Super  through MYOB Friday 7th and today 10th October 2022, get message "It looks like the service is unavailable right now. Please try again later." Please advise when the issue will be fixed.
