Super Payment

I have processed a super payment using the Pay Super function. The status of that super payment is showing 'Complete'. But I could not find the actual payment from my client's bank account/statements.

 

I do not have this problem in the past. Payment have always been direct debited from the bank account once super payment processing is complete.

 

Any idea why the super payment is not presented in the bank, but showing as 'Complete' in the Pay Super window?

    If the Pay Super payment status is showing as 'Complete,' it means MYOB has successfully processed the payment, and the funds should have been deducted from your nominated bank account. If you can't see the transaction in your bank statement, it's best to contact your bank to confirm the payment and ensure the correct account was used for super payments.
