I need to pay for a employee super. Jan Feb and March. All that time he was with BT Super now he has changed to a different super. I paid everyone else on 28th but just got his new Super details toda...

This can happen if Pay super using AccountRight is not ticked for the fund assigned to the employee under LIsts>>Superannuation funds. Therefore, please ensure it is ticked. Let us know if the employee still does not appear,
