Hi AmandaMYOB, We made a PaySuper payment on the 1st of July. Bank was debited on the same day, it's now the 8th of July and payment is still showing in managing payments as "processing payment" and is not in employees super funds. It usually hits employee funds 3-4 days later. Is there a reason for the delay?

Thanks for the info AmandaMYOB. It does state in that solution that it will take 3-5 business days to go through clearing house (MYOB) but this was not the case on this occasion. The payment was marked as processed the next day (9th) and was in employees super accounts the same day. Our next super payment was on the 08/07 and is still showing as processing.
