Superannuation employer contribution

We have a new employer with a super fund new to our business and MYOB is not allowing me to pay contributions into the fund. When I try to record the quarter for all employees, it has thrown up an error at that employee stating 'This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation. Please edit the fund from the Superannuation Fund List window and select a valid fund name for it'. After researching the fund, I have done just that but it is still not allowing to record the payment. All details are correct, I'm not sure what else I can do and obviously need to process the super. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Hi Monick,

To get around the "This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation. Please edit the fund from the superannuation fund list window and select a valid Fund Name for it." error, the best move is to create a fresh employee super fund in your list. Enter the ABN and USI/SPIN, hit OK, then link this new fund to your employee. Once that’s all done, you'd be set to run super payments again. If it doesn't fix the error, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or pop a support ticket through My Account so we can assist you further.

    Cheers,
