Superannuation Payment Status
The superannuaton payments Manage Payments > Status column shows "Processing Payment" on the last four payments that have been made (monthly). I know the payments have gone through as funds have been deducted from our account.
How do I get the status to update to "Completed"?
Note: online chat function does not work. What way is there to be able to speak to a support agent?
