Superannuation Receipt

Hi,

 

I need to obtain Superannuaton Receipt each time super is paid.  These receipt are required when submitting progress payment claims with builders.  I have seen a number of old posts regarding this, but there is still no option to get these receipts.

    Hi SueR1,

     

    Thanks for checking in. Just following up on the Super receipt question. Like our moderator mentioned earlier, there isn't an option to automatically generate or send a receipt directly from Pay Superannuation once the payment has been finalised. If you need a receipt for your records, the best way to get one is to flick an email to the Pay Super team at paysuper@myob.com and they can help organise that for you. 

     

    That said, we totally get why having an automatic receipt would be handy. If you'd like to see this added in the future, you can also pop a vote on this idea here: superannuation receipt | MYOB Community. Our product team keeps an eye on those votes when looking at improvements, so every bit of feedback helps.

    Thank you for your post. I understand the importance of Superannuation payments receipts to your business needs. While the feature to generate these receipts isn't directly available within Pay Super, our dedicated Pay super team can assist in providing the necessary receipt. I'll be reaching out to you via private message with further details on how to obtain the Pay super payment receipt.     Can you please advise if the above problem was solved.  I also need to receive a Superannuation receipt each time I make a payment in 'Pay Superannuation'.   These receipts are required when submitting progress payment claims with builders.  Can we get an automatic receipt forwarded to us once the payment has been finalised?  Please advise.

  • I also!! SUPERANNUATION RECEIPT IS A MUST PLEASE!

    It is a compliance document requirement for submitting claims — 

    Having to “shoot a quick email” to paysuper@myob.com to obtain a receipt is quite unreasonable

    The concern being that this may result in another 3–5 working day delay, which is not practical when supporting documentation is required promptly for claim submissions.

    We would appreciate a more efficient and reliable process for obtaining these receipts moving forward.

    Hi Acton1,

     

    Totally get why this feels clunky when you need supporting documents quickly for claims and compliance. If you’d like to push for this to be added, the best thing to do is vote on this related Ideas Exchange post so the product team can see there’s demand for a better way to get super payment receipts.

    Hi Craig1,

     

    I can see this has taken a lot longer than expected, and that’s definitely not how we want this process to go. The link you’ve been trying to access is no longer available because the idea was archived after it didn’t receive enough votes to move forward with our product team. If this is still something you’d like to see, I’d definitely encourage you to pop it onto our Ideas Board again so others can add their support too.

     

    I’ve also checked your support case and given it nudge from my end. I can’t promise an exact timeframe for when the receipts will come through, but I’ll keep an eye on it and do what I can to help move things along as quickly as possible.
