Hi i need to pay mu super and i havent paid it in over 6 months i have a large amount i would like to process so i need to increase my monthly limit but i am unable to do this. I can't find a number to speak with anyone direct. how can i increase my monthly limit?

A user can change their Pay Super limit via the Pay Super Settings. For more information on this process please see Help Article: Changing your Pay Super payment details. Please note that you can increase the Pay Super Limit by up to $15,000 within a 90-day period. Anything above that limit would require a Change of Pay Super Details form which you can find as well in the help article provided above. Once we have received that form the limit will be changed within 3- 5 business days.
