Superfund not showing up in MYOB

The Christian Superfund is not coming up under registered superfund name in MYOB. I have checked the superfund lookup and all the details are correct and valid. How do I pay this persons super? SP...

    This fund is available in the list of registered funds now under the following details:

     

     

    Please log out of the file, log back in and let us know if you can now see the fund.

Hi Stephanievanvug 

 

This fund is currently not in our super funds' list. Our teams are investigating this and I will update this thread as soon as I have further information on this.

i dont know why it has been taken off the list as i have been paying towards Christian Super for over a year now. Please let fix it so we can pay July super today
