Tax File Declaration

Hi,

 

Just wondering is there a function where I can tick when setting up a new employee therefore the Tax File Number Declaration will be sent to ATO automatically?

 

If no, then which File i can export and upload to ATO Business Portal.

    Hey nancyq,

     

    This is not something that can be done in the software, If you get a new employee, They will need to provide you with a completed Tax file number declaration form (which you'll need to lodge online (not through MYOB) or post to the ATO). If they’re claiming any other variations or exemptions, they need to get the appropriate forms from the ATO, fill them in and give them to you.

     

    These forms will contain all the information you need when filling in details on the lodgment screen. The Tax file number declaration form can be obtained from the ATO website here.
