I have started fortnightly pay day super payments and while the Telstra superannuation scheme for one employee was fine last fortnight, now it's not and I can't find out anywhere why it's an issue. Has anyone else had this problem this week.

So just found out from Telstra super scheme that they are merging and have limited services. Apparently MYOB was supposed to allow payments up to the 30.04.2026 but he told me that they cut them off a week ago. Well done MYOB. Makes it very awkward when you are trying to do the right thing.
I have been advised that you will not be able to process any super for those employees until after the 11 May. Your employees will have also received a notification with all the new details that should have been forwarded to you. Mine didn't think to send anything.
I am having the same issue, have you had any further assistance?
