Telstra Superannuation

We are paying Super weekly. Today we are unable to process super due to an employee with Telstra Super. This fund is now NOT showing up in MYOB as a registered fund even though we have previously been able to process their super. I am currently on the phone to MYOB and have been on hold for 40 minutes. Can someone assist?
