Terminate an employee
I am unable to terminate an employee on STP as they are not showing on my list of employees. Their card reads employment basis as casual. Any suggestions

Thanks for checking in here. Usually, an employee will only be missing from STP if there haven’t been any recorded pays for them in the current payroll year, their card is inactive with a termination date already entered, or their employment basis is set to Other not reported. Since this employee is showing as Casual, I’d suggest making sure their card is set back to active, then recording a $0 pay or sending an update event so they’ll appear in the STP list and you can complete the termination.
