Termination Payment missing from Employee's Payment Summary and Verification Report, but is included in the ATO and MYOB Payroll Reports

    We encountered the same issue, we ran a zero figure payroll for the terminated employee - and it resolved the issue.

Hi LouiseK1,

 

It can be bit a tricky getting terminated employee to show up in a void pay run. To make sure the employee shows up, you'll need to first undo their termination and ensure their profile is set to active. Once that's sorted, make sure the dates you’ve selected for the void pay run fall within the payroll period you’re working on. That’ll help everything line up just right.
