Time in lieu entitlement

Hi Recently one of our employees worked the weekend of Easter. By arrangement, this employee is entitled to Time in Lieu. Our pay week ends on the Sunday, so there was 2 days of TIL to be recorded...

    Thanks for working with me to get this resolved.

     

    To assist other users, when entering hours against the Time In Lieu Earned wage category make sure the same hours are allocated to the Time In Lieu Accrual entitlement category. This help article has detailed information on setting up and paying TIL: Time in lieu

Thanks for your post. Can you please clarify where you are seeing the zero balance and where you can see the manual entry? Is the TIL entitlement incorrect in the employee card>>Payroll Details>>Entitlements or just in the entitlement balance reports?

 

Please feel free to provide screenshots so that I can help with this. Make sure you remove any sensitive information from screenshots prior to posting on the forum.

Hi Tracey

I did a zero pay (manual entry) and entered in the hours for the time in lieu owed.

The time in lieu entilement is zero in both the employee card and the entitlement report.
