Hi, I have had to process EOY payroll through two software packages this FY (MYOB & Accentis) as we switched software in Sept 2022. The Accentis Payroll is already visible in MyGOV, but the MYOB Payroll IS NOT visible yet. Does anyone know if there is a timeframe. I presumed it would be quite instant, now I'm concerned something may be wrong!

Usually seconds, this time of year, perhaps minutes. I reported 2 yesterday and took about 5 mins to appear in mygov. Not using MYOB though. Check in MYOB's Payroll Reporting Centre to ensure the report was Accepted by the ATO. If they rejected, it will not appear until the issue is fixed.
FYI for fixing EOY reporting issues, you don't have to use MYOB, esp if subscription ended etc. A number of accountants and bookkeepers use other STP programs like STP Creator purely to fix EOY reporting and finalise STP. Once you work out how to use it, STP Creator is much more flexible and gives users much more control over what is reported and the outcome. They also provide (paid) remote assistance to complete the task with you.

Yes, my payroll EOY with our other software was also almost instant.
MYOB payroll still has not loaded into MYOB.
ATO have accepted the file.

So hard to speak with a myob "human" atm, for obvious reasons, can anyone help?
