Timesheet Approval
Hi, Can anyone help to solve the below issue? I have tried so many times and still keep receiving the below message and cannot approve the timesheet on MYOB Team App. Thanks

My apologies for the late response. In this situation, if you are the approving manager, I recommend asking the administrator to remove you and then re-add you as the approving manager. For detailed instructions, you can refer to the Help Article "Getting started with MYOB Team," which provides more information and step-by-step guidance on this process.
We also recommend to approve the timesheets on the admin portal instead of doing it to the mobile app. Using the MYOB Team admin portal.
