Hi there LeaAnneD,
When processing the pay for an employee who wants their 3 hours of TOIL to be paid as overtime, you can simply link the overtime to the TOIL accrual. After processing the pay, make sure to remove the link to avoid affecting future pay runs where the employee might work overtime again. You can check this link for more information. Once linked, just add the 3 hours against the overtime wage pay item.

Just checking that when it comes to do the pay, the hours are put against the usual OT wage category and the fact that the TOIL accural is linked the hours will automatically be reduced.
