trying to set up new users

Hi

I have been trying to set up new users for the system, purely for Pay super. They need to be authorisers. I went through the process some months ago and the email invitation that Wayne and Shannon received did not work. I am now trying to either re-create them which is failing see below screen shots or is there of resending the invitation to them?

Thanks

Duncan

    Hi CCIA,

Thanks for explaining that. You're right to question it. If he can log in but is seeing "no business connected", it usually just means his access to the company file hasn't been linked up properly yet. He can try logging in via the desktop version first, sometimes that can help kick things along and prompt the file connection to come through. Worth a quick crack. That said, if he's still getting the same blank screen after that, it's likely his user access just needs a proper check on the backend. Best next step would be to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can have a closer look and fix up the access for you.

    Regards,

    Sai

    Hi Sai

I would prefer not to have to use a personal email address and he seem to exist in the system as he can log in but can not see the company file. He just gets a blank page with it stating no business connected.

He needs the ability to process payroll and authorise the super payments.

I work off the desktop version, would it force the connection to the company file if he logged into the desktop version first rather than trying the browser version? thanks Duncan

    Hi CCIA,

Sounds like you're pretty close here. Just a couple of different paths depending on what you're trying to achieve. If they are meant to be completely new users, you can set them up again using a different email address. But if they already exist as users in the system, then there's no need to recreate them. That Pay Super authoriser setup is a separate step. Here's a handy guide that walks you through adding them as Pay Super authoriser: Add a Pay Super payment authoriser.

    Regards,

    Sai
