Thanks for the screenshot. Changing from weekly to monthly can make the leave setup feel a bit fiddly. First, check these two settings:
- Check the employee’s Pay Basis in their employee card and note whether it’s set to salary or hourly.
- Open the relevant leave entitlement and check its Calculation Basis.
Then make sure they match:
- If the employee’s Pay Basis is hourly, select Equals [x] Percent of.
- If the employee’s Pay Basis is salary, select Equals [x] Hours per.
The Pay Basis and Calculation Basis should match. You can find more detail in the MYOB guide to leave and entitlements. If they’re already aligned and the leave hours still can’t be entered when processing pays, please reach out to our support team through the Contact Us page so they can check the entitlement setup.
