Unable to process July 21 payroll
Hi there,
I've been trying to run my payroll since Monday, and still getting this message:

System.ArgumentException
Message:
An item with the same key has already been added.
My system runs locally and not on the cloud. I've spoken to your call centre, who at this stage is unable to assist. Currently on hold with them at the moment. Will an update be available soon to fix this error?

We are aware of issue where some users are unable to process pays in the new payroll year. This is under investigation by our developers. In the meantime, please refer to this post for a possible workaround and further instructions: Unable to process pays in the new payroll year
