Unable to record superannuation reversal

I have a transaction for returned funds to our bank account. After emailing the paysuper team to work out who this is for, i am finally at the point of reversing the superannuation payment in MYOB. ...

Hi Earl, 

 

Thank you for your reply.

 

However, this transaction has never been reversed. In the manage payments screen, this is displayed as Completed, not Reversal Completed.

 

Any other suggestions?

Thank you for your response.

 

Since you had other returned superfund payments, I suggest to process the latest returned by recording a receive money. Our Help Article, Returned Superannuation contributions, has detailed information to assist with this.
