Unnecessary Payroll onboading emails

We dont want use the onboarding payroll function of MYOB. please advice how we can stop emails going to staff. We have separate software for this task & our team are getting confused.

  • JessRoots​ I had the same issue, go to payroll settings and there is a drop down box in employee onboarding that you need to change to Optional, ask me every time. Hope this helps.

  • Hi cathywest - thanks for your question.

     

    When you create a new employee in AccountRight, if you don't want to send the self-onboarding email, just click Enter details manually.

    You can then enter all the employee's details yourself.

    This option is no longer there, Is there another way to opt out or turn it off completly?
