Did MYOB ever look into this issue? It is quite frustrating as I am now again employing a lot of our returning casuals.
It would be great if they could review and adjust their tax threshold status at the same time as they review their address, bank account details etc.

Thanks for raising it again, especially with your returning casuals back in the mix. If the employee already has their TFN saved in their card file, and you want them to update it through the Update information link, the best workaround is to remove the TFN first before sending the link. That way, the employee can enter and update it themselves when they go through the review process. You can also check this link for more detail on how the update information link works.
