Hi, I have set up a new User for Payroll. She is able to log on to the web version and process pays but create Electronic Bank File option has "You don't have permission to access this page" error me...

To grant access for creating electronic bank files, you'll need to adjust the user's roles. Typically, access to this feature is controlled by permissions related to banking.
