Whoops we have hit a snag with Pay super setup

I tried to set up PaySuper and got to the last step, now I keep getting the message 'Whoops we have hit a snag'. 

 

I signed out, cleared the browser history and relogged in. Now when I try to click on sign up for PaySuper - I get the same message - Whoops we have hit a snag.

 

Can you please help urgently?

    Hi Nici1, there can be multiple factors behind why you might receive this error.
    In order to investigate this properly and find a resolution, please engage with our livechat team or if you are happy to wait then you could submit a case.
    Both case and livechat can be found at myaccount.myob.com

    To begin livechat, open the chat bubble on the lower right hand side of the screen, this will open our virtual assistant MOCA who will escalate you through to a livechat agent for scenarios it is unable to help with, such as this.
