Why can't I can't change amount in salary Sacrifice

I have tried to change the amount of Salary Sacrifice for an employee from $446 to $222 but it will not save the new amount I tried through card and payroll categories  Is there a reason why it is n...

Thank you for expressing your concern to us. In this regard, to be able to check on this, kindly ask your client to check if it works on their end or if they can edit the salary sacrifice. Kindly provide me with an update. We are happy to assist you further.

Hi Celia

 

Yes, it worked perfectly on the clients PC. So it is clearly a restriction on the practice login.
