I have started doing super payments based on payroll so I am ready for July. I get the report from MYOB and lodge details with our existing clearing house (not MYOB) and make a payment. This takes about 10 minutes - they confirm a submission and payment match within 5 minutes and the super is in everyone's account by COB. I admit we don't have a large payroll (25) and considered doing it with MYOB but couldn't face the long wait asking for help if it doesn't work. I have given up on support of any kind from MYOB - this not a dig at the staff but resource management.

We use Hostplus - Quicksuper. There is a bit of set up to be done but the staff are helpful and once it has been done it's easy. I don't normally do the super payment - our bookkeeper has been doing it once a month so I was a bit nervous to take it on however it's been "super" easy. Good luck.
