YTD verification incorrect

Hi, I want to finalise my payroll in AccountRight but the YTD verification is missing a payrun, probably from June. Activity and register summaries are correct, and the prefill for the final activity...

    Hi Rach42,

     

    Thanks for reaching out! If the payroll reports and your activity statement are both correct, that’s a really good sign. The next step would be to send an update event for that payroll year to refresh the YTD figures sent through STP. Once the update event shows as Accepted, please run the YTD Verification report again and check if the figures line up.

    Thanks, once I worked out how to send an $0 update event, which has to be from the online file it seems, this worked.
