YTD verification report does not match Payroll reporting

Hi,

I am trying to close off 25/26 payroll however the Payroll Reporting Year to date verification report figures do not match.  The payroll reporting employee year to date end figure does not match Employee Summary of payments.  I have double checked all reports including YTD figures off individual employees final payslip and these figures match the employee year to date report through STP, however when I print off the verification report and individual payment summary the figures are short. Is this a known issue or how do I get correct figures to submit to ATO?

    I have fixed my problem, with the send update event button again.  I didn't realized I had locked the period so it wouldn't accept update..  I unlocked period, tried again and figures are now corrected. Happy all balances now!

    I cant get into support as I get the "You don't have access" even though I am admin and have been for 9 years.

    Thats not good, I may contact ATO on Monday ( I don't work Friday's) if haven't had a response to ask advice..  You can't lodge payment summaries if figures are not correct...Its seems to be an MYOB error

    I dont know how the ATO can help. I dont work Fridays either and have grandkids arriving soon so cant keep waiting for a response from MYOB

    I am experiencing the same issue with a handful of employees. No help from MYOB at all, Definitely a MYOB error

    My accountant fixed problem with a send update event button which corrected figures

    I had the same issue. I sent 'update event' even though all pay runs were 'accepted'. Once '0' update accepted it fixed it. Spent all day trying to work out what I did wrong...nothing.

    Sorry for the confusion there, and thanks for sharing that. A good next step is to pinpoint which payroll report isn’t matching. Check whether it’s the Payroll Register, Payroll Activity, or YTD Verification Report that has the incorrect figures.
