Access to MYOB Acocunts

For the umpteenth time I have gone to work on my company acopcunts on a Saturday. I am the sole person in my company and Monday to Friday is flat out working in my business. Again I have gone to open my MYOB account to do some overdue bookkeeping only to find I cannot access my account and I have to call MYOB AGAIN to get it opened. As MYOB only work Monday to Friday I am stuffed. This keeps happening and I am so frustrated with MYOB. Come Monday and a 30+++ minute wait to get someone ot answer the phone they will flick a switch and allow me access to my own account. Monday is when I earn my income and I will not be earning anything while waiting for MYOB. Get your act into gear MYOB and catch up with the rest of the working  people who are trapped into your average software. If only I knew better when I signed up to MYOB. Xero would have been such a better option for a working  guy like me.
