This is just an absolutely crazy thing to do.
We have been a long time MYOB user and are seriously looking at another application.
Goes against all of the Worldwide Accounting Termology. ABSOLUTE NUTS.
Yeah I gave up recommending myob to clients some time ago, and changes like this just reinforce that decision. Changing such a fundamental accounting terminology is plain arrogance. I'll stick around though to see what the new name for debits and credits will be.
I'm going with 'Plus' and 'Minus'. Goes to show the mentality of todays society. lol
