Close Financial Year

Hi,
I am trying to close our 2021 tax year. I have been through the 'close a financial year' steps twice with restarting my computer in between. I've opened AccountRight through the desktop and also 'file' 'open' 'online' with no changes. What other troubleshooting can I do? This has happened to me last year too.

    Hi Melissa,

    Thank you for your response. The only way to fix the issue that I could work out was to do one 'close' and 'back up' then 'close' again without backing it up.

    Thanks for your post. Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, can you please clear your AccountRight cache. Once cleared can you try again ? Before doing this please double check the current financial year.
