I understand your need to ensure that only the specific data file is accessed by your accountant. Generally, each file access invitation is unique to each file. This means that when you invite an accountant to a file, they won't automatically gain access to all your files. I would also advise against inviting other users as online admins unless they are involved in approving bank feed applications or Single Touch Payroll (STP) management tasks.
