Thank you for confirming that you are using AccountRight software to send emails. To investigate this further with you, could you please try to send the statement to yourself and see if you receive this as a blank statement too?
Sometimes PDF documents appear blank if Adobe Reader needs to be updated or when antivirus software is blocking the content from the recipient end.

LenethYes, every week when I am sending statements, I have 2 dummy customer accounts set up to send myself statements. The generally come through to me, and are often blank.
There is no consistencsy as to who gets them, and which statements are blank. It's just an going issue.

Hello
I have had this issue before and it was resolved but it is back again. MYOB Accountright will not let me send multiple statements at the same time. It will only let me send small groups of 5 or 6 statements. This is very time consuming when you need to issue 100s of statements weekly. Could you please look into why this is happening again and resolve it?

Hi Antz72,
I'm sorry to hear that you're facing this issue again with sending multiple customer statements. It seems like the system is limiting the batch size of statements being sent at once.
