Financial Year won't rollover

    Hey Wendy2018,

     

    Since the new financial year is still not showing even after rolling over, it's best to clear your AccountRight cache. This helps in refreshing your data. If you still encounter the same thing, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
