It's a bit of an odd one. From what you’ve described, it looks like those credit notes are being picked up differently between the desktop and browser GST reports.
For now, I’d recommend using the browser version for the report.
It’s also best to get in touch with our support team so they can dig into it further. You can raise a ticket through My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
