Looks like you’ve already had a crack at fixing the account balances but didn’t have much luck. I’d recommend double-checking if there are any transactions recorded in the accounts, that could be what’s affecting the balances. If there aren’t any, the best move is to reach out to our team so we can help you sort it out. You can pop a support ticket through the MyAccount window or have a chat with us via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
