Moving accounts up and down in the accounts list

Hi I am trying to move accounts up and down in my accounts list but the tabs are greyed out. I am able to move them in the some accounts just not within the Cost of Sales or Income ones? Cheers Ja...

Thanks for your reply Princess 

 

The accounts I am trying to move are detail accounts under the Cost of Sales and Income header accounts.

I am able to move all other detail accounts in the accounts list under the other header accounts.
