Unable to file BAS

I keep receiving this message when I try to file my BAS ;  We can't get in touch with the ATO right now, so we haven't created any new activity statements for you. This may also affect your ability to edit or lodge forms. Please try again later.

    I am also experiencing the same error. Unable to view any IAS/BAS that haven't been lodged.

    To further assist you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

    • Serial Number
    • First and Last Name
    • Company Name

      Mine is working again now. I eventually discovered that the ATO had systems maintenance from Friday night until 7am Monday morning.
