You can only generate business reports for the prior, current and next financial year based on your file's settings. Since your file's still set to the 2019 financial year, the option to get the Trial Balance report for 2024 isn't available. To get the report, you'll need to check with your accountant to see if your file is ready to be rolled over into the new financial year. You can also check this link for more info.
