Cant get into Super Payment Site

I have been using Myob ad paying my employers superannuation through the site for several years. It is all set up and has been easy to use. The password has been saved in Google so I just automatical...

Hi 456eec,

 

Can you log in to your AccountRight files? If yes, you might be using the old Super portal since your login email and password for the file would be the same as for Pay Super. If so, you'll need to sign up for Pay Super here. 

 

However, if you’re already using Pay Super and you’re experiencing issues with logging in, it's best to reach out to our support crew for further help. You can create a case via My Account or chat with our live agents through the virtual assistant MOCA.
