new version 2024.10 supplier remittance advices

so I'm trying to email remittance advices to suppliers and its automatically on all suppliers which is what I want. I choose my date and then ok and it wants me to choose an individual supplier.

I get this message.

'error please choose a card'

this didn't happen yesterday and now with the update its happening today 

see attached.

I do a lot of remittances to send them individually?

 

Can someone please have a look at this for me

      Hi everyone,

       

      The issue with sending remittance advice to all suppliers in the new version 2024.10 of MYOB AccountRight has been fixed. If you are prompted to update the software, please do so, as this will allow you to send remittance advice to multiple suppliers again. For more info and updates, you can refer to the thread discussing this issue.

  • I have the same problem for sending the remittance advice for all suppliers.  Please fix this error promptly which has wasted me a lot time on this issue.

    YEP, same here. Definitely something that has happened with the overnight update. So cumbersome having to individually send the remittances................please fix!

        Thanks, but surely this should have/would have been tested as part of your normal upgrade process? It has caused a huge waste of time never mind the inconvenience.

      I checked and there seem to be no ongoing issues connected to the remittance advice. I believe it's best to reach out to support via the MyAccount window or the live chat team through MOCA as they can help troubleshoot this. In the future, you can also check if there are ongoing issues from the Status Hub.

        Please fix the issue ASAP, it's still the same unable to send the remittance to all suppliers as per the date
